Work crews
The backbone of our crews consists of bricklayers, concrete workers, plumbers, welders and electricians — professionals with solid experience in building residential and industrial buildings and structures. Our own crews let us carry out most of the work in-house and control quality and deadlines on every section.

Engineering and technical staff
The average age of our site engineering and technical staff is 25–30 years. Most of them are graduates of Kazakhstan's construction universities: they are well versed in modern technologies, design and cost estimating software, and quickly master new things. Experienced specialists pass on to them the practical skills of running a project.
How work on site is organized Each project has dedicated engineers in charge who run the construction, are responsible for as-built documentation and stay in touch with the client. Technical supervision is engaged to control quality at key stages.
