Staff positions
We are looking for builders who meet the following requirements:
- secondary or higher education in construction or architecture — or at least 2 years of hands-on experience;
- willingness to relocate;
- a high level of professionalism;
- quality of work.
Willingness to relocate The company runs projects in different cities of Kazakhstan — Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Atyrau, Aktobe, Taraz and others. That is why mobility matters for many positions.

Subcontracting
As a general contractor, FCC is always ready to work under subcontracts with construction companies and individual entrepreneurs.
Requirements for subcontractors
- own machinery;
- own equipment;
- own formwork;
- valid employee insurance contracts;
- at least 2 years of positive work experience;
- a valid license.
Our commitments
- fulfillment of obligations under the subcontract;
- a clear scope of work and deadlines;
- on-site work organization by the general contractor.
Who we are looking for
Most often we need specialists in the core construction trades — bricklayers, concrete workers, welders, plumbers, electricians — as well as site engineering and technical staff: foremen, site managers, section engineers. Graduates of construction universities without much experience get the opportunity to grow alongside experienced specialists.
