The production and technical department is the heart of a construction project: documents, schedules and volume control.
Responsibilities
- preparing and checking as-built documentation;
- drawing up work schedules;
- calculating volumes, preparing certificates of completed work;
- working with the design organization and the client's technical supervision.
Requirements
- higher education in construction;
- at least 2 years of experience in a production and technical department;
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, knowledge of Kazakhstan's regulatory framework.
