How an industrial facility differs from a civil one
Industrial buildings serve a wide variety of purposes, and each has its own set of requirements: crane and process loads, explosion and fire hazard category, ventilation and dust extraction, aggressive environments, special floors, and connection of high-capacity utility networks. Only a contractor with long experience specifically in industrial construction can take all of them into account.
Attention Many companies call the construction of shopping centres and offices from steel structures "industrial construction". That has nothing to do with industrial construction: by definition it covers only facilities intended for industrial use.

Frame technology: why it is chosen
In Kazakhstan, as elsewhere in the world, industrial buildings are most often erected using frame technology: a load-bearing steel frame clad with panels of various types (sandwich panels, profiled sheeting with insulation). Construction comes down to assembling prefabricated elements, so savings are achieved on three counts at once.

Tip If production is expected to grow, build the option of expansion into the design from the start: spare foundation capacity, an end wall designed for dismantling, reserve capacity in the utility networks. This is cheaper than a reconstruction a few years later.
Industries served by industrial construction
Industrial facilities include those in the energy sector, the fuel industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, mechanical engineering and metalworking, the chemical and petrochemical industries, building materials production, as well as high-tech sectors — microelectronics, nuclear power and aerospace. In practice these are hydroelectric power plants, metallurgical and chemical plants, factories, farms and processing enterprises.
In terms of the number of projects, the food industry usually leads, followed by metallurgy and chemicals. Industrial construction remains in demand in any economic situation: enterprises constantly need new capacity, modernisation and repairs.

- Surveys and design We carry out surveys and industrial design and pass the state expert review.
- Estimate and contract We prepare the estimate documentation and fix the volumes, deadlines and payment stages.
- Zero cycle Earthworks, foundations, underground utilities. Our own special machinery reduces downtime.
- Frame and envelope Installation of steel structures, roofing, wall panels and gates.
- Engineering systems Power supply, heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage, fire safety.
- Commissioning and handover System testing, as-built documentation, putting the facility into operation.

A company that carries out industrial construction must hold all necessary permits and licences — this confirms its organisational and professional level. We work within the legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in line with the current SN RK and SP RK codes, and support the project at every stage of approvals.
