The calculator on the website will show an approximate price range. An engineer prepares an exact estimate after getting to know your task and, if necessary, visiting the site — free of charge. If you are registered, the estimate will appear in your personal account.

The price is fixed in the contract based on the agreed estimate. Changes are possible only if the scope of work changes at your request, and they are formalized by a supplementary agreement before such work begins.

In stages: an advance for materials and mobilization, then payment against certificates of completed work according to the schedule in the contract. We work with legal entities and individuals; organizations pay by bank transfer with VAT.

With a request on the website, in your personal account or by phone. A manager will clarify the task, an engineer will visit the site, and then we prepare a commercial proposal, an estimate and a work schedule.

It depends on the project: a steel-frame warehouse takes 4–8 months, a private house 5–9 months, a multi-storey or public building a year or more. Deadlines and stages are fixed in the contract schedule.

In your personal account you can see the status of your request, the percentage of completion, photo reports for each stage, documents and correspondence with your manager. Notifications of changes are sent to your e-mail.

We will develop the design ourselves — from a sketch to working documentation and passing expert review. You can also order design or estimates separately from construction.

Certificates of completed work, as-built documentation, certificates for hidden work, passports and certificates for materials and equipment — everything needed to put the facility into operation.

Yes, the company has been operating on the Kazakhstan market since 1994 and holds the necessary licenses for design and construction and installation work. A manager will send copies of the documents for a tender or verification on request.

The warranty period is specified in the contract and depends on the type of work and structures. During the warranty period, we eliminate any identified defects at our own expense.

Yes, we carry out projects throughout Kazakhstan: we organize rotational work and the delivery of machinery and materials. The distance to the site is taken into account in the estimate.

Choose a machine in the "Equipment" section, mark the dates in the availability calendar and send a booking. A manager will confirm the dates and the cost. The machinery comes with an experienced operator.
