First Construction Company LLP has been working as a general contractor since 1994. We take a project from surveys and design all the way to commissioning, and we are accountable to the client for the result as a single legal entity.

How we work
- Request and site visit An engineer inspects the plot or building, collects the initial data and clarifies the task, budget and timeline.
- Design and estimate We develop or adapt the design documentation and prepare an estimate with volumes and prices for every item.
- Contract and schedule We fix the cost, stages, deadlines and payment terms. Payment is made upon completion of each stage.
- Construction Our own crews and special machinery, incoming inspection of materials, hidden works documented with certificates.
- Handover As-built documentation, assistance with acceptance and commissioning, warranty service.

Good to know Under a general contract the client signs one contract and gets a single point of control. The general contractor engages suppliers and specialist subcontractors, coordinates their work according to the schedule and is responsible for the deadlines and quality of the entire project, including preparing documents for acceptance and commissioning.
One contractor — one responsibility. The client does not have to coordinate designers, suppliers and crews with each other.
