Turnkey renovation means you approve the design and the estimate, and then receive finished premises: with engineering systems, finishing and the debris removed. FCC carries out major renovation of apartments, private houses and offices with an interior design project and a single responsible site manager.
What turnkey renovation includes
- Measurements, a measured floor plan and an interior design project with layout, wall elevations and a materials specification
- Removal of old finishes, partitions and plumbing fixtures, and disposal of debris
- Redevelopment and construction of new partitions (with approval, if required)
- Replacement of electrical wiring, the distribution board, socket circuits and lighting
- Water supply, sewerage and heating pipework, installation of radiators or underfloor heating
- Rough works: screed, plastering, levelling of walls and ceilings
- Fine finishing: tiles, floor coverings, painting, wallpaper, stretch or plasterboard ceilings
- Installation of doors, plumbing fixtures, light fittings, sockets and switches
- Final cleaning and handover of the premises against a certificate
Tip You can plan furniture layout and lighting even before meeting the designer — the lighting calculator makes it easy to estimate the number of light fittings for each room.
How the renovation proceeds
- Visit and measurements A specialist inspects the premises, assesses the condition of walls, screed and utilities, and discusses the task and budget with you.
- Interior design project Layout, style, drawings for the builders and a schedule of finishing materials.
- Estimate and contract An estimate by type of work with volumes and prices, a schedule by stage, a fixed cost.
- Rough stage Demolition, partitions, utility networks, screed and plaster. Hidden works are photographed before being covered.
- Finishing stage Finish coatings, doors, plumbing fixtures, electrical fittings.
- Handover Joint acceptance, rectification of remarks, handover of warranty documents.
Approximate timeline
| Property | Area | Renovation time |
|---|---|---|
| One-room apartment | 35–45 m² | 1.5–2 months |
| Two- or three-room apartment | 60–90 m² | 2–3 months |
| Private house | 150–250 m² | 3–5 months |
| Office | 100–300 m² | 1–2.5 months |
The timeline is approximate, based on market averages for major renovation. It is affected by redevelopment, the complexity of finishing and delivery times for made-to-order materials.
Attention The main reason budgets grow is work that "surfaces" along the way: crooked walls, faulty wiring, rotten pipes. That is why we open up questionable areas already at the inspection stage and include them in the estimate straight away.
Rough materials are our responsibility
We purchase rough materials (mixes, cable, pipes, profiles, plasterboard, waterproofing) ourselves: this way we are responsible for their quality and compatibility, and you do not waste time travelling around building markets. Finishing materials — tiles, laminate, doors, plumbing fixtures — you can choose yourself according to the design project schedule or entrust the purchasing to us. In the estimate, rough and finishing items are listed separately, so you can see where you can save without compromising quality and where you cannot.
Apartments, houses and offices
Residential
- Apartments in new buildings from a shell finish
- Major renovation of resale housing with replacement of all utilities
- Private houses: interior, facade, roof, engineering systems
Commercial premises
- Offices with zoning and low-voltage networks
- Shops and service premises
- Work in stages, without interrupting tenants' operations
For commercial properties and buildings where load-bearing structures are affected, we involve civil design, and on large projects the client can additionally order technical supervision.
Why renovate with FCC
- Our own team: finishers, electricians, plumbers — no random subcontractors
- An estimate with volumes and prices for every item, the cost is fixed in the contract
- Payment by stages — you pay for work that has been completed and accepted
- Statuses, estimates and photo reports in your personal account — you can follow the renovation from any city
- A warranty on the work performed and as-built documentation for hidden works
Good renovation does not start with tiles, but with proper wiring, pipes and a level base.
If you are building a house from scratch, renovation can be included straight away in the contract for private house construction — then finishing starts without a break after the shell and engineering systems.
