We are inviting a cost estimator to prepare estimates for construction and renovation.
Responsibilities
- preparing local and project estimates based on the design and defect lists;
- reviewing estimates from contractors and suppliers;
- preparing commercial proposals together with managers.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as a cost estimator;
- proficiency in the estimating software used in Kazakhstan;
- attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
