A cottage community of 24 detached houses in the Talgar District of Almaty Region. We design and build on a turnkey basis not only the houses but the entire infrastructure of the community: roads, lighting, water supply, sewerage and power supply.
Objective
To create a ready-made community that buyers can move into without having to complete utilities and roads themselves. The site is located in a seismically active foothill zone, so the requirements for the foundations and structure of the houses are higher.
Solutions
- houses of 180–240 m² made of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced cast-in-place ring beams — they tie the walls into a single structure under seismic loads;
- foundations designed for the seismicity of the site;
- metal tile roofs, facades — render and stone cladding;
- external utilities and community roads, street lighting;
- houses handed over with rough or fine finishing at the buyer's choice.
Choice of finishing Rough finishing gives the buyer design freedom, while fine finishing allows them to move in immediately. The decision is made before interior work begins, so that completed work does not have to be redone.
Stages
- Design The house designs and the community master plan with utilities were developed by the company.
- Start of construction On-site work began in March 2026.
- Houses Foundations, aerated concrete walls with ring beams, roofs and facades — in phases.
- Infrastructure Water supply, sewerage, power supply, lighting and roads.
- Ahead Finishing of the houses at buyers' choice and handover of the community in Q4 2027.
