A service center for trucks and special machinery in the Ontustik industrial zone in Shymkent: 8 work bays, inspection pits, an overhead crane, a wash complex with treatment facilities, a spare parts warehouse and a customer area. We are building it on a turnkey basis, and the facility is being prepared for handover.
The client's objective
The client needs a service station designed for heavy machinery: high doors, strong floors, lifting equipment and a wash bay with wastewater treatment. At the same time — a comfortable customer area and an administrative block.
What has been done
- a steel frame with a 24 m span, walls and roof of sandwich panels;
- an industrial floor with a topping to carry loads from heavy machinery;
- 5×5.5 m sectional doors with air curtains;
- inspection pits and a 5 t overhead crane;
- local wastewater treatment facilities for the wash bay.
Floors for trucks A top layer hardened with topping withstands point loads from wheels and jacks, does not dust and is resistant to oils. For heavy machinery service centers this is a basic requirement.
Stages

- Current stage Commissioning of building services and asphalt paving of the site are under way.
